At Brandie Deals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning items and receiving a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
2. Return Timeframe
You must initiate your return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including clearance products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale. Products that have been damaged due to improper use or installation are also not eligible.
4. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@brandiedeals.store with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending your item back. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
8. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or model, please contact us to confirm availability.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
